What is a weighted admission score?
It is a single number Saudi universities compute by weighting your high school GPA, your GAT (Qudrat) result and your SAAT (Tahsili) result according to published percentages. Some universities call it the composite or competitive score. The name matters less than the weights, which differ by university, track and sometimes gender.
Are these calculators official?
They apply the formula published by each university, and we show you the source link and the date we last checked it. The output is arithmetic, not an admission decision: real admission also depends on the number of seats and the competitive cut-off in your application year.
Why is there no countdown to GAT registration?
Because ETEC has not published an explicit date for the next window as of our last check. Generating a countdown in that situation would mean inventing a date. When a date is officially announced, the countdown appears together with its source.
How do paper and digital GAT dates differ?
They follow different windows. The paper test runs in fixed announced periods; the digital test is a seat you book inside a broader window, and availability depends on the city, the venue and your Qiyas account. That is why no single date can be called "the next digital test in Saudi Arabia".
Do I need a SAAT (Tahsili) score to compute my weighted score?
It depends on your university and track. Most scientific and health tracks give SAAT a large weight — 40% at several universities — while some humanities tracks drop the high school component entirely and split the weight between GAT and SAAT. How often is this hub updated?
We re-verify the official sources periodically and display a "last verified" date beside each fact. No percentage or date changes here without an actual change at the official source — and we do not bump the page's year just because a new calendar year has started.
Does this replace the university or Qiyas website?
No. It is a convenience layer over official sources: we collect, compute, explain, and put the official link next to every number. Where they disagree, the official source wins.
